🗓️📞 How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4–6 months in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

We accept cash, Zelle, and credit cards.
✂️How long will my dog’s grooming appointment take?
Approximate time: 40 mins - 2 1/2 hrs. Varies with pet breed, size, coat condition, length, and service.
🚐 Can I stay with my dog in the grooming van?
For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot allow pet parents inside the grooming van during appointments. However, we’re happy to give you a quick tour beforehand to show you how your pet will be cared for.
📅 What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will incur a $50 fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance—or no-shows—will be charged the full appointment cost.
🐕 Do you groom large breed dogs?
Yes, we groom dogs of all sizes. Please provide details during booking.
🐾 How do you handle anxious pets?
We specialize in stress-free grooming, taking breaks and using gentle techniques for anxious dogs

🚨🐾 What happens if my dog has a medical emergency during grooming?
We will contact you immediately and, if necessary, take your pet to the nearest vet.
